Dr. Scullawl received his optometric degree from the Oklahoma College of Optometry in 2003, receiving multiple awards for excellence in ocular disease. Since graduation he has specialized in refractive surgery care and technology. Dr. Scullawl has co-managed over 10,000 laser vision correction patients and has worked with numerous surgeons including some of the best in the region.
